What is a Vibe?

Vibration is defined by Frequency and Hertz.
The word “Hertz” sounds just like the word “Hurts”?
What if the Vibes are just a measurement of how we deal with the hurts we’ve endured?

Are we holding onto the Negativity of a situation? or Flipping situations into a Positively teachable moment?

Cognitive Behavior Therapy teaches us how to flip a vibe.

When the room has a Vibe, it’s a reflection of the Frequency & Wavelength of everything in the room.

Vibes bounce off everything in the room; including the energy we bring into the room.

As we move through our day, it is important to Stay focused and remember ‘WE are a Whole Vibe.’

The room does not define US.

Our Vibe reflects our own Positivity and Creative Energy. Create the Vibe you want to be in the room.

Like the Ying Yang sign, anything that is a sign of Danger is also a sign of Opportunity.


Every hurt, Is an opportunity for healing.

Together, we are in the practice of seeking peace, getting better and healthier, everyday.
